Inga uses an integrative approach, selecting methods according to the client’s concerns and goals. Her work draws on:
- existential-humanistic therapy;
- systemic family therapy;
- narrative practice;
- Internal Family Systems (IFS);
- restorative approaches to conflict.
Patients may schedule a single consultation for a specific concern or begin ongoing work. Individual sessions and couples counseling are available.
