Since 2024, Dr. Koshelnyk has worked at Hospital Privado Boa Nova and Clínica Medilav as part of a multidisciplinary team specializing in obesity treatment. Before that, she practiced in the Portuguese public healthcare system in Porto, the Lisbon region and northern districts: family health units (USF) and primary care centers (UCSP).
Additional experience includes participation in the Humanitarian Support Office at Ordem dos Médicos (the Portuguese Medical Council) and the Vulnerable Populations Intervention Team at ACES Douro Sul, helping refugees and Ukrainian citizens integrate into the Portuguese healthcare system.
